New photographs so far…
With my new studio space, came great light. As I’ve written in another post on my blog , you know that I’ve been retaking pictures of my art. I wanted to share the new photos so far. Here we go!

I’m happy with the accuracy of these photos. Of course, it’s never exact, since all computer monitors are not the same, all light in different rooms are not the same and there’s no replacing what the eye actually sees when we hold the piece in our hands. I still have more to go but I’m making progress.
Speaking of progress…. Over the last year or so, in between the kiddos’ health and us moving I’ve been trying to make some of my pieces available as prints on canvas. It’s been slow going. There’s been difficulty getting a good quality photo to turn into a print. I’m happy to say that I’ve had some progress in that area. I have 2 paintings that turned out well on paper in 8×10 here are the photo’s…
The next step is to get these printed out on canvas and in larger sizes to see if it will work. Of course, life keeps getting in the way but I’m slowly reaching the goal. I hope that in the next couple of weeks I’ll have more progress to report. Here’s the latest piece that’s on my easel at the moment. I’m doing this piece for a wonderful friend of mine. It’s coming along nicely. I still have a few details to complete..
I hope everyone is having a fabulous week out there! Here it’s rather cold and very windy. Stay warm out there lovelies!
I love your art, Stacy! Beautiful <3
Thankyou jeanice! I love your writing! Also I noticed on the back of your book that we have something in common! Your house was drowned by hurricane Ivan, …..our house was blown apart by hurricane Andrew!
